Texas CellNet Inc. does not currently sell physical products through this website. If purchasing features are added in the future, any order placed would be considered an offer to purchase and would be subject to our acceptance.

Because no physical goods are sold at this time, there is no refund or return policy applicable to this site.

If payments are processed through Shopify, you represent that all payment information you provide is correct and authorized.

This website does not currently offer shipping. If shipping features are enabled in the future, delivery timelines would be estimates only, and risk of loss would pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

Texas CellNet Inc. uses Shopify to host and provide technical infrastructure for the Services. Any purchases you make through the Services (if applicable) are made directly with Texas CellNet Inc. Shopify is not responsible for purchases, transactions, or any issues arising from your use of the Services. You release Shopify from all claims related to your interactions with Texas CellNet Inc.
